2014 – 2023The customer base keeps expanding, the process range grows to cover black and colored e-coat series, and a stable engineering team and production QC system take shape.
October 2024To accommodate growth the company moves to Guangda Manufacturing Dalang Science Park in Dalang Town, Dongguan, and incorporates Dongguan Xintai Metal Surface Treatment Co., Ltd., with a plant of 3,200 m².
2024 – 2025Production lines upgraded to two automatic and two manual e-coat lines, with inspection equipment added: a Konica Minolta spectrophotometer from Japan, a ZGM gloss meter from Switzerland and a Fischer coating thickness gauge from Germany.
TodayCustomers now span consumer electronics, automotive electronics, drones and AI hardware. The company holds ISO 9001 quality management system and ISO 14001 environmental management system certification.

How we think

What does quality mean at Xintai E-coat?
We stand on three things: consistent coating thickness, salt spray resistance and insulation resistance. The value of electrocoating is not that the paint goes on, but that every part in every batch is the same — and that comes from stable pretreatment, tightly controlled bath parameters and batch-by-batch testing, not from sorting afterwards.
How do we work with customers?
We want to be one link in your process chain, not just an outside contractor. So we ask about the operations before us (stamping, die casting, CNC, MIM sintering) and the assembly requirements after us, and we settle coating thickness tolerance, racking points and masking needs at sample stage — before they turn into rework in volume.
What does the shop floor demand of the team?
Electrocoating is three parts paint and seven parts discipline. The shop floor stays clean, bath parameters are logged and checked at fixed intervals, racks are maintained and replaced on schedule, and test data is archived and traceable. These look like basics, and they are exactly where batch consistency comes from.

What inspection equipment do you have?

We invest in production-grade inspection equipment, including a Konica Minolta spectrophotometer from Japan, a ZGM gloss meter from Switzerland, Fischer coating thickness gauge from Germany and more. Together they quantify color difference, gloss and coating thickness, and support salt spray and insulation resistance testing. Which management systems are you certified to?

We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, both with a scope of electrodeposition coating; we also hold a pollutant discharge permit (valid until 2030). Certificate scans are in this page's Certifications.
